"Yuck, slimy glue"
Those were the words I
would use to describe the feeling of the glue that ran down the handy towels.
Last week, we FINISHED our i-Movie for the MADE Awards, so today, we got to start a passion project. Now, last year I started a dragon sculpture so, I decided to carry on with this. So, today I stuck little pieces of handy towels on to the body. Jemmimah helped me put them on since she didn't have anything to do at that particular moment.
Bye bye till next time!
My name is Natasha, and I am a Year 6 at school. My interests are dancing, animals and reading. At Enrich this year, my goal is to try to stick to one major task for my passion project. Enjoy my blog!

Joan Miro
"Did you know that Joan Miro was only seven when he started to paint."
Today at Enrich we did our research projects on our gifted person for affective domain. I chose Joan Miro
I chose to make mine on a website called Prezi. Prezi is a great website to do different projects or just to sort out information
We also did talent development which is MADE awards. We finished woo hoo! So next week I think the MADE Award people will start a passion project. If we do I will probably finish my sculpture I started last year.

Voice-Over
"The first person to discover dry ice was a French chemist called Charles Thilorier in 1835. He looked inside a metal container with a large amount of liquid carbon dioxide in it and he wached it evaporate. As it evaporated, the temperature dropped and he noticed a chunk of solid dry ice in the bottom of the container."
Hello. Today we voiced over some of our amazing documentary. If you don't know what it is about, it is about dry ice.
We still have to add more footage on and edit it. We've got 2.20 minutes at the moment, and we can have up to 5 minutes!
That's all for today. Bye.

Falling Babies!!!!!!!!
Babies lined up one by one. the stretcher moves - the babies don't make it - we were under attack.
Today we had a technology challenge to make a stretcher to hold four sugar babies. I was with Jemmimah, Cassie, ,Jacob and I. We finish and we line our babies up, then lift. Oh-oh! Our handles fell off. It was stronger when they were off but we had already failed. How strong you ask? Well strong enough to hold me.
we only got 4 meters of string
2 news papers
unlimited tape
and scissors

The impossible is possible
Is it possible?
You will be rich?
You will climb Mount Everest
You will be famous
It could be possible because the first computer was as big as a kids bedroom and look how small they are now and cellphones were bigger than they are now.So anything can happen because technology gets even better and if you do something to make it happen. Things happen when people don't expect it like rich people, people who have climbed Mount Everest and famous people you could be one of them who knows!!!!!!
Thats all for today, bye.

HELLO
HeLlO
hhheeeelllllllllllllloooooo
Today at MADE Awards, we went onto our practice movie and learnt how to change the vOiCeS of the people in the movie. There were heaps of different SoUnDs to pick. I picked the one that sounded like a chipmunk.
We also did voice-overs, which is when you can talk over the video, but the original voice in the video would be silent, or taken away.
We also learnt how to add in an instant replay.
This was really fun today!
bye

Human sandwich!
Hello! Today we did drama.
We did an activity called '10 Second Objects', (spatial drama). We were in a group and Nicola would call out an object that we had to make. We didn't have any equipment to use, except ourselves!
We had to make:
We also did another drama activity called 'There is only one liar', (psychological drama). We sat in a circle and closed our eyes. Nicola went around and tapped someone on their shoulder. Once she had gone round the circle, we had to open our eyes, and guess who was tapped on the shoulder, by pointing to the person. Nicola did this twice. The first time, she didn't tap anyone, so she was the liar. The next time, she tapped everyone, but we all pointed at someone else, so we were the liars!!
