"NO GLITTER"

Hello people of the world!
Today I did my passion project, you should know what it is from some of my earlier posts.

So last week I made an owl, today I was looking for glitter to make a night scene to stick it on but no glitter so instead I made a tree branch for the scene.

I hot glued some leaves on the branch then I tried to lift it off my working surface but it was
"SUCK"
I had glued it to the paper I was working on (its a bad thing)
so hopefuly it works better next week.

Thats all for this week.

PICASSO

Hello people of the world
It's me (you should have known that since you're on my blog)

Anyway today we did some art. It was Picasso abstract style.  Look at my half-finished masterpiece

 TA DA    ------------->

We had to get a photo of someone and draw them like this, and we had to put a figure 8 as you can see,  then two lines in the centre.

(I still need to and some color and patterns)

LAST WEEK BEFORE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
WOOHOO!

but I'm still at Enrich@ILT now so I better start talking about today

Today I started and finished a new bit of paper tole since I finished my other one last week.  My one from last week was a butterfly and a flower, and this week's one is a vase of flowers.

It took me all of passion time and most of lunch, and I made a big mess so I had to clean it up

See you after the holidays

Today I did my passion project and I cut up all my cards and now I need to stick them together with foam cubes

If you didn't read my blog about paper tole and you don't know what paper tole is heres a catch up (next paragraph), if you did read it go straight to paragraph FOUR

Paper tole is art where you have a bunch of pictures the same and cut them to layer and stick them together by little foam cubes.
You will need a craft knife, pictures and foam cubes.
Now if you ask why I'm talking about paper tole, it is because it is my passion project.

So I'm almost finished my first bit of art of a butterfly and a flower.
That's all for this time.
Bye

Cards CHECK. Foam cubes CHECK. Craft knife CHECK. Cardboard CHECK

These are all the things I had to make paper tole

Whats paper tole you ask?

Paper tole are cards the same layer but look like they are 3-D. This is an example:

Why was I doing it?

Today we started our passion projects. Mine is paper tole. So today I started to cut some cards and I watched a video of someone making one.

Until next time, bye!

"Placing a trash can in my brain deleting all worries"

Today for personal development, Nicola taught some of us about perfectionism, which is when we think stuff we do has to be perfect. We can become a perfectionist when important adults in our lives might compare us to a brother or sister, or them judging people. You just think you're not good enough so when you worry about something that is stopping you from sleeping, Nicola taught us to put a trash can in your brain.

Until next time - have a good day
